Thoughts on overall Bloodwork

36 years old, 5'11", 215lbs. I sleep 8 hours a night, lift heavy.
For the bulk of last year I ate a fat heavy Paleo diet. My testosterone was mid to high 400s. Since I have gone lower fat/cholesterol and it appears my testosterone has dropped quite a bit. I struggle with mid section weight and feel tired quite often.
Thoughts on not just T levels but overall bloodwork?

Thank you

Based on the sticky written by Megatron, since my LH and FSH appear low normal, would most suggest it's Secondary Hypogonadism?
Also note the fairly low Estrogen which Im not too sure what to make of.

A few thoughts:

What time of the day did you get these labs?

Get the cheaper hormone panel for females to confirm your TT, LH and FSH result. Go first thing in the morning.

You need to consult with an endo about your thyroid. You are in hypothyroid range. This can affect your TT and SHBG.

Talk to your doc about your lipids. You HDL looks good, but your LDL is too high.

If digging into your thyroid doesn't produce any answers and your next labs confirm these results you probably need to look into treating Secondary Hypogonadism. You could try doing a restart before hopping on TRT.

After a little research, Sleep Apnea may cause both Low T and low SHBG. I have not have a sleep study done.

Total T, Free T, E2, and SHBG are all low as seen in the blood work results. Would TRT even be considered a worthwhile option with those results?
Thank you
