Tim Ferriss - is this bullshit?

try it, it's only 4 weeks, log it and let us see if it's BS or not... it's worth a shot

There are no shortcuts. If you could really gain 34lbs in 4 weeks, why isn't everyone a pro bodybuilder? Cuz they don't want to be? I don't think so.

I would have to call BS looking at that guys pics, might be a good training routine but 34 lbs in 4 weeks let's be real

34 pounds in 4 weeks sounds like hugh ass blood pressure. Can't gain weight without the food, and that means an insane caloric increase to boot. I will say though with a good, strong dose of anadrol I put on a pound a day for about 3 weeks, but thats more than just a "good solid training routine."

He also started out weighing about as much as my groceries :D

True.

I started putting on a lb a day on cheque drops for two weeks....

the 5/5 cadence for reps is a brilliant way to train. ive always been a huge fan of super slow reps. though, i dont agree with performing deadlifts in this manor. deads should be non-responsive, and secondary explosive for best results.
