I went to the doctor to find out what a swelling in my wrist was and found it to be a Ganglion Cyst. The only bad thing is now I need to get it removed and the time while my wrist will be in a splint is anywhere from 2 wks to 4 or 6 wks. Any suggestions on how to keep up with my exercise since this will probably limit my weight I can lift with the left side?
