I have been lifting now for two years without a break. I had surgey two years ago, thats what caused me to break. anyway im going to begin my next cycle of test prop 100mg eod next week, and was wondering if it would be a good idea to take a break this week from wieght traing? Before the big push the next 12 weeks. I would still do my cardio (20 min hit) eod. let me know your thoughts
