My Stats

FIRST CYCLE WEEK 2

165lbs
5F 10
Age 27
Bf 13%

Diet
3000 cals daily
170g+ Protein

Cycle

Weeks 1-12 test E 600mg per week 300mg on the Monday and other 300mg on the Thursday
Weeks 1-14 Aromatase inhibitor (AI) Arimidex 0.25 EOD

PCT

clomid 100/50/50/50
nolva40/20/20/20

So fucking pissed off! Got talking to the gym 'legend' today and yes all gym's have some idiot that thinks he knows it all. I was told iam wasting my money and time with no orla in my cycle. I was also told training 5 days is to much and i should only train 4. Thought I would share this with you's to see your thoughts on this matter?

why are you running adex right out the gate and why you running both clomid and nolva for your pct?
 
Ok the no oral guy is a moron ignore him

As far as training you can overtrain and rest is very underrated

So make sure u do get enough rest , and rotating of muscle groups

BUT don't over think it, there is no one size fits all approach . Just try to listen to your body on Cycle and make sure u eat and rest well

All that test e is going to help your muscles recover

and I don't take Aromatase inhibitor (AI) automatically I look for signs if needed , if you are naturally more chubby or have natty gyno then plan on needing it

As far as post cycle therapy (pct) u can run both

0.25 EOD wont hurt, Iam talking no chances with me having some gyno already. I will up the dosage if needed.
 
I want my natty test kick started if that means spending $40 on clomid so be it. I think this will help keeping gains. I really dont know what to do iam really thinking of throwing dbols into my cycle.
 
5' 10" tall and 165lbs...You dont need gear you need some god damn food bro...lol....I dont know how long you have been training but if its been a while you need to critique your program.

As for adding Dbol...Its really depends on what your goals are. IF, your in this for long term then I say go for it. I love orals during cycle. Keep in mind though that you will need to protect your liver and there are other sides that can/will come about when adding an oral.

are you really 5'10 ? -165 is a little light, you could try making sure your getting enough calories, often we are getting a lot less than we think we are.

as for the d-bol i dont think its a great idea, i dont know why your sweating it so much, a test only cycle is perfect for first cycle ...

Just throwing it out there, theres nothing wrong with an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) in first weeks i had to quickly get on the adex wagon after 6 days of shooting prop cause old gyno in left nipple started to.pop up

Iam 170.2 lbs prob wasnt that accurate them scales. Thats first thing in the morning without eating ofc. I have a small frame so that doesnt do me justice as well. I count my cals and i make sure I get 3k+ with 170+ protein.

Well then something else is wrong. How much to you bench, squat, etc?
 
You are very light especially if your bf is above 10 percent. Do you know your bf? You could post a pic too. You started the cycle already so get your diet and training down ASAP if you haven't already.
