Time to switch up my diet

Down from 285 to 245lb as of this morning, bf is questionable but Im thinking about 20% give or take. I wanna drop another 25 lbs and seem to be dropping a lb a day consistently which is making me think im losing muscle.. anything you guys would switch/add/take out lemme know cause i wanna revamp it for the next 2-3 months

9:30am 2 eggs/4 whites and 1/4 cup scottish oatmeal

11:30am chicken breast on whole wheat toast or 1 scoop whey (usually the meal tho)

12:30-1:30-lift

2:00 PWO shake- 2scoop whey + BCAA

2:30 1/4 cup oatmeal with 1tblspoon jelly or a sugar packet and 2 chicken breasts with peppers and onion

5:30 chicken breast or ground turkey burger (2) with 1 cup brown rice or lettuce no dressing

8:30 12 oz steak with peppers and onion and a small handful of lettuce no dressing

11:30- 1/4 cup cottage cheese with Cinnamon powder and 1 scoop casein

3:00 am(middle of the night wakeup) - bcaa and water


anything else you guys need to know just ask, appreciate the help as always

If you're consistently dropping a lb a day then your doing something wrong. You have got to be losing some mass there. I could see you doing that the first week maybe two even stretch it to three but shit 40 lbs in 40 days is unreal.

I dunno what your stats are or your macros but why no EFA's? Id put dressing on your lettuce or something EVOO with vinegar or lemon juice, almonds, avocado's, add some somewhere even if it means dropping some protein or carbs.

Im interested in hearing other opinions but hard to argue with 40 lbs in 40 days.

Did you do any before and after shots? or measurements?
 
shiet i posted it wrong i meant to say the past 2 weeks a lb a day, before that was just normal weightloss maybe 2-3 lbs a week if even (my bad about the miscommun on my end) I've been having some chia or omega once a day i dunno if thats enough EFA tho but seems to be good overall, lemon juice once in a while on the salad or in water.. avocado ill throw in once in a while with the eggs or at night a couple slivers on the steak but its not a staple in my diet so far.

I actually have a shot from my bday last year around december and i can take one now ill throw those up soon

go to fitday.com and input everything u have here for macros pro/fat/cal/carb.. go to my free diet advice sticky and figure out your bmr/tdee.. use formula 1
