Timed Carb Diet.

i would venture to say nuts and EVO oil or other liquid efa's.

SO ive been on this diet since Sunday also doing Cardio 5X EW and I have dropped from 220 to ................213 this morning.

Good job! I hope none of the weight loss was muscle? Do you see a lot more definition in the mirror now?

Thats the problem i seee with this diet in order to fulfill the protien needs and eat clean i dont see were 40 percent of someone cals con come from fat, even with taking efa lquids it still seems like a lot of fat to consume.
 
Is the carb load on the weekend necessary? I remember reading the article, and don't seem to recall carbing up on the weekends...I've been on this dit for a while now without the carbing up on the weekends with no real impressive results, but then again, I was probably doing it wrong.
 
I do a two times a day on Monday and Friday. Should I drink a pwo shake after both? The first session is lifting, a few sprints and plyos. I skip and shadow box later in the evening for about an hour. Does the boxing work warrant a pwo shake aswell? I don't want to jeopardize my fat loss by doing 2 shakes if I don't need it.
 
im doing a similar diet to this.

Only carbs consumed are 20g in the morning (oats), 20 prewo (usually from vegies/yams), and 20PWO(in shake). Daily it looks like this 300g Protein,60g Carb,50g Fat. Went from 89 to 85 in 3 weeks. Also doing cardio 4-5 times a week in the morning.

Just started My first week of Prop/Tren also........ :D

i would think the boxing is more of a cardio than building up muscle mass...
