Tiny Shoulders

I want bigger Shoulders. Normally I do dumbell presses, raises and a cable pull, but I really am not seeing much change in my shoulders. Can anyone recommend an effective shoulder routine that I should try. I know it's different for everyone, but I'm just getting frustrated now and I'm 1 week into prop.

heavy drop sets on dumbbell side lateral raises- start with the heaviest weight you can handle with good form, do as many as you can, then drop down 10lbs or so and do as many as you can, etc until you either run out of weight or can't lift your arms. that will stimulate a LOT of delt growth... oh, and dont forget to EAT!! everything has to be on point if you want to see results...

I have had the same problem in the past with my delts. I got the best results the past year and a half by switching all my exercises to heavy presses. Low volume has been the key for me. I use to do about 4-5 different exercises for delts. Now I do 2 exercises at the most and just one heavy work set per exercise. And I agree with Badkitty, if you are not eating enough you will not see growth.
 
I'm eating like a champ now. Lots of good Proteins and lots of baked-skinless chicken and tuna; basically the usuals. I was just not happy with the way my delts were developing. I will definitely try way more heavy weights though. Thanks guys!
