Tired of eating the same fats?

I bit my fingernails so pistachios are out... i like a hand full if raw almonds a day...... plus........ HOW CAN U GET SICK OF PB!!!!! I CALL BS......LOL
 
It happens in the most of the people's cases. They feel tired of their food but it is so important for their body and health. bodybuilding supplements can only be found in those foods which are rich in protein.

When I want to get some fats in I add hemp hearts to my oats in the morning.. so nutty tasting and high protein too! Great on salads and yogurt as well :)

Per 3 tbsp (30g)
170 Cals
13g Fats
-Sat 1.5
-Polyunsaturated 10g
-Monounsaturated 1.5g
3g Carbs
-3g Fiber
10g Protein

I've never heard of these? I'm gonna have to try them!! I'm always looking to add new healthy foods to my diet! This would be a nice change of pace!
 
pis as like crack with me, but damn they are pricey. i found those big salt free mixed nuts jars from costco for like $15-$20 are absolute cash.
 
Yes you are quite right about the variety of diet. It is essential that you make some changes time to time, otherwise you may lose interest regarding the goal you have set in your mind.
