There is a lot of bad info floating around on the subject. Slin can be dangerous if not used properly. It can be very beneficial if used properly. Most people use 5 to 10iu first thing in the morning generally with 50 to 100g carbs, 60 g protien, 5g bcaa's, 5 g glutamine. Then used pwo. Some use pre wo. A general rule is 10g carbs per iu of slin. Again that is a general rule. You have to be careful of eating certain fats while it's active. If you were to sit down and really plan it out, it's not that complicated but it has to be taken seriously. IMO why use it if you are not competing. Slin use can make you become diabetic but this is generally with high doses and prolonged use. 4 weeks seems to be the common cycle time. It's smart to start at 2 to 4 iu and work your way up to see how you respond to it. I have seen people grow really well from slin, but they were using AAS and some using gh. There are some really good threads on a few forums. I personally have not used slin, and don't plan on it any time soon simply because I have room to grow before even considering its use. I would suggest anyone who wants to try it spend a lot of time reading and planning before first time use and really weigh the cost and benefit
