Although I don't have a 6 pac now I will in about 10-15 weeks. I only work abs twice a week but I'm doing cardio 6 days per week. Not intense cardio though.
You want to see abs......watch that diet. I'd say 75% clean food with proper macros.
I work abs with weight twice a week. I also work them in my kick boxing. I have a 12lb medicine ball dropped on them from varying heights (2'-7' above me)....three days a week. We do three sets that last one minute long....as many drops as we can get during that 60 seconds...plus 100 crunches of varying types.
Cardio...I'm doing some fat burning cardio three times a week and I'm doing cardio capacity work 4-6 times per week.
Diet is the key. Every single piece of shit food you eat gets directly between you and your pretty little abs showing.
i do abs 3-4 times a week and cardio around 4 times a week. the most important thing for me personally is the diet. that has to be right on or all the cardio and abs training in the world isn't going to get me the 6 pack.
my abs are there they are pretty fuckin thick too....... i just have a little bit of fat i gotta get rid of.....u can see my obliques too not hard core but they are deffinately noticable .....
