So I've done some reading on here and it seems there are lots of people that get attacked or put down whentht decide on starting a man size supplement course. I am here to get information and recommendations on if its a good idea or not.
You mentioned you've been training for 2 years, which to be honest isn't a lot of time. For point of reference I normally say I've been training for 10 years (as I don't count the 6 or so years I spent fumbling around my diet, and training. There are a few things you notice when you train for a long time. One being, there is typically always something you can do to either get bigger or smaller to achieve the body image you want, while only making changes to your diet and or training methods. Sometimes to get to that realization you have to go to a professional (nutrition / training etc etc). Another thing you notice is all the people around you not making significant body composition changes. After seeing various people year after year, you start asking yourself what are they doing wrong, because surely there can't be that many people in one locale that has some extreme medical issue that prevents them from achieving the body they want.
Ok so why am I rambling? Well partially because I literally just woke up, saw this thread as the laptop was still by me, and my fingers just got going. I'm in that drowsy drunken state. Point being, people here emphasize a solid base of training and diet due to the fact that without them steroids will do very little for you. Notice I said do, as yes they will help you a little. But in order to achieve the "is he using body," you have to have all aspects of health and fitness squared away. You will likely be very unsatisfied with your results by not following this protocol.
You've already achieved a certain level of success, so imagine being where you are currently and having someone who eats fast food daily come up to you and ask about dropping one soda a day. Yes a lot of the talk is true cut a soda a day make a nice impact on your diet, but in the end they won't be where they dream. It's pretty much the same thing, just on a bigger scale. Anywhoozle, run a cycle or not, either way you need to be sure you are squared away else where. Just for the record the odds of you being there, is very low, and once you are it's not something you tend to need to ask.
Damn that's a long one!
