Heres the catch....if you want to call it that. I am fooling around with the idea of carb cycling. On the days with Little to 0 carbs what do you guys enjoy eating the most? Recipes will add extra bonus points as well as maybe some helpful tips on carb cycling for those of you who have done it. 3 Toco 8s will be given away on steroidology.

***If youve never carb cycled before, show me a picture of what motivates you guys day in and day out

Show me what you guys got

I have not carb cycled. I would like to see what a carb cycle plan looks like. I have done straight Atkins, and try to be extremely strict the first 2-3 weeks. Probably, my favorite would be eating a huge breakfast bowl filled with scrambles eggs, sausage, bacon, peppers or salsa. Of course grill steak of chicken is a staple of high protein low carb. What keeps me motivated? Well, I don't want Carrot Top the comedian to be in better shape than me.

I do, I like it. Really helps keep my cholesterol in normal range even when tested on cycle. I put it in a glass with my pre-workout powder then mix it with a teaspoon before adding water, this avoids clumps.

Carb Free Day

I am on this honey- mustard dressing kick. I grill my chicken breast after cutting it in long thin slices, almost like shoe strings. The strings keep me from scooping up a load of dressing. I then dip it in the dressing. It really satisfies my sweet craving and the honey mustard I use has only 8 grams per tablespoon. I limit myself to no more then 3 Tbls and eat this before 4 pm.

Im ending this tonight sometime. If no one else posts ill just send 2 toco to the people that posted in this thread.

:dunno:

I want it! So you want a great low carb recipe? Okay.....check this out.

Cut up 3 or 4 chicken breasts into slices.
Cook them in a wok in this marinade....

worcestshire sauce, red wine, pinch of pepper, garlic powder

Add in broccoli, cauliflower, peppers and mushrooms. Cook for a few more minutes.

Then add in sliced almomds and lots of sesame seeds and cook until chicken is done. You can cook longer if you prefer softer vegetables.

You can add rice or noodles if you do want carbs!

And the veggies don't count when carb cycling!
