Too Little Fat In My Diet?

Currently Im doing a 2 week cycle of clen. Because of this, its been suggested that I eat the following:

.25grams of fat/lb bodyweight
1.5g protein
.5-1g carbs

If all goes as planned and i eat everything that I am supposed to my diet looks as follows:

Cals 2305
Fat 20
Carbs 199
Protein 324

Does this sound solid to you guys? I am around 235 lb's

howd you do in math?

235 x .25 = 59.

whered you get 20g from? according to the .25g/lb guideline, youd have to weigh 80 pounds in order for that to work.

also 20g fat + 200g carbs + 325 protein = 2680, not 2305.

just run a 1000 calorie deficit, set fat at 20-30%, supplement with taurine and potassium (clen depletes both) and have fun losing weight.
 
i know...theres a big deficit in the fat department...thats what my question is. im supposed to take in around 59 grams but on strict days only take in around 20-30. my question is if thats bad or not.
 
if youre eating 2305 calories and only 180 of those are comming from fat, thats 8%. too low. yes, bad. get 20-30% of your calories from fat.
