Too Much Protein & Not enough Carbs = ?

Some days I would have a ton of protein from both shakes and other meats and whatnot, but I sometimes don't get enough carbs in. I've noticed that on the days where I don't get in enough protein(not to disgust you guys but..) My feces seem to be a lot more watered down and almost like Miso(japanese soup base)soup.

Ontop of that, if I were to not have enough carbs in my diet for that day, would protein absorption be not as effective, therefore meaning that I'm shitting out expensive shit? :toilet: Urgh.

I'm not sure but what I did to keep my carbs up is get some frutcose to add to your shakes since it is a low GI surgar I only use dextrose post workout. What you also might try, is getting a good overall digestive enzyme product, that helped me out with a lot of my gastro intestinal problems.
