Some days I would have a ton of protein from both shakes and other meats and whatnot, but I sometimes don't get enough carbs in. I've noticed that on the days where I don't get in enough protein(not to disgust you guys but..) My feces seem to be a lot more watered down and almost like Miso(japanese soup base)soup.
Ontop of that, if I were to not have enough carbs in my diet for that day, would protein absorption be not as effective, therefore meaning that I'm shitting out expensive shit?
