Feel the pump!
Hey.. Just a quick question here. I never usually use any protein powders or any supplements at all except EC before work outs. I try and get as much proteins/ carbs from my food
Typical day would be kinda like this
Breaky
2 slices whole wheat toast
4-5 egg whites, 2 whole eggs
Glass of milk
Lunch
Chicken breast or 2
2 slices of bread or 2 cups of broccoli
Xstal light lemonade mix or water & coffe
Dinner
Chicken breast or lean ground beef
Or a bagel & coffee.
That is what my diet has looked like usually for the last few months. Give or take some things. Recently I'm ramping up to cut fat, bulk a bit while doing so. Then once I'm at a good bf% I was going to cycle test e for 500mg for 12 wks.. But that's a fair ways away until my diet is 100% dialed in
So tje other day I picked up a 5lb tub of iso whey.. I have been taking about 35-37grams of protein per shake( big scoops) and about 6-7 a day... 1 with every meal and in-between meals at work ( I have a very physical job, a workout in it self) I tracked my intake the last 4 days and have been getting usuly around 300-350g of protein, usually 60-150 complex carbs. And keeping cals under 1750 ( as I mentioned. Trying to loose some bf) aswell as cardio about 4-5 times a week and usuLly burn anywhere from 500-2000 calories per session with weights 3 times a week. Cals depending on time frames
My weight is dropping. I added protein support to try and save a bit of muscle.
My question is... Is this to much protein? I've upped the protein from food quite a bit. Usually about 12 egg whites a day. Lots of white and red meat.
