i do strength training.
i just got back from a 3 month break from weight lifting. today was my first serious workout, and i felt terrible. ive heard of alot of you guys talk about passing out but i never had any problems like that, today i did. after every set i had to take a nice long breather or else i would get up and feel like i was going to fall over.
also i had alot less stamina. i could do almost as much weight for the first set, but on the last 2 sets i had to move the weight down.
i know how the stamina thing could be normal, but is it normal for me to all of a sudden feel like passing out after every set?
