Tore my supraspinatus tendon of my RC 10 years ago. Re-tore it in a car accidnet 2 years ago. Its been giving me problems ever since then. I think over half of the tendoin is ruptured. I have done physio for it but to no avail. Havent done chest workout for like 2 years really.

Should I just start working out chest again and risk complete rupture? I think you dont really need a supraspinatus tendon as long as you have a front delt muscle

I have the same problem got torn a long time ago like 15 years in a fight I got into. You jut have to strengthen the muscle around it and if that spent work you'll need surgery. Just make sure of you decide to risk complete rupture that your not on cycle as you obviously won't be able to workout for a log time. Better to just get the surgery, I might eventually do that in a few years

I always preach this because I have seen it's amazing results on my friends, but you should look up the TB500 peptide. That does wonders for healing.

I have heard good things about TB500 as well. I would research/talk to a physiotherapist and come up with a rehab strengthening program and stick to it and see what you can do/work around it to get a good workout in. Best of luck!

Tb500 is not going to reattach a TORN rotator cuff idiots.

You need surgery

u r soooooo wrong, a torn cuff can rapair, surgery is not needed unless its completey fucked! 6 weeks now from my injury and it's nearly repaired, just stay away from all PUSH exercises or anything that hurts, just maintain for a while, I'm liturally 90% right again, It depends on how bad you have done it! carry on training heavy and its guaranteed surgery

The 'rotator cuff' is a simply a description of a group of joints, ligaments , tendons and muscle tissue. In terms of repair to non muscle tissue, it will come down to severity, location and time. There are a whole lot of therapies that exist, the popular one back in the 80's was Sodium murulate, an irritant that caused blood cells to flow tot he area to 'repair' the irritation. Another method that works very well is Platelet Rich Plasma ( PRP) injected right into the tendon to bypass the irritation and go straight to repair mode, TB-500 is a great option and so is AAS ( Deca/EQ/Anavar )but >50% is kind of hard to recommend for..

try a few options listed above. worse that can happen is they don't fully heal the tendon.. if it's still really bad, there is surgery. But it may heal up to a point your comfortable with. You won't know till you try.

just bite the bullet and get surgery. sometimes you need to take two steps back to take one step forward.
