Iam training six days a week right now, following arnolds workout in his encyclopedia on beginners level 2 programme, been doing this consistantly for six months,and before that I was no stranger to the gym,right now Iam taking nothing, but eating chicken steak fish and eggs every day at various quantities following one of arnolds diets in his encyclopedia ,. I have made progress but I would like to see how big I can get with some assistance now,various people in the gym say I don't need them,but Iam interested to see what I achieve with a bit of assistance and we tend to be our own worst critics! Iam 34. I have no health problems currently,but some years back I took an antidepressant which caused gyno, I think it was mainly weight gain as it reduced some when I stopped the med but Iam left with a puffy nip on one side.



It calls it the beginners cycle and Iam very much a beginner on chemical side of things . Would anyone be kind enough to let me know what they think of this cycle and the various drugs used and as I have that bit of gyno do I need to buy anything further if I decide to purchase the offer?

When I finish the cycle, do I keep the gains? and when is it safe to do another?

Also what are your stats, age, height, weight, body fat, etc. Also most will tell you that you need to have your diet 100% in check before ever thinking of doing a cycle, if you are following some diet from a book you are way off as every person needs to fine tune their diet for their specific needs.
