Ok so here's my story I've been personal training for months now , I'm seeing great muscle gains and definition and working great .. Although I'm not losing weight or getting thinner , well I am but very slowly .. My goal is to lose enough to be able to join the military .. I am 5 foot 10 at 260 lbs and I'm 23 ... I gotta be 190-200 lbs to join, and a buddy who joined told me about Clen and said its a great way to help burn off fat very quickly .. Was wondering what u guys think ? And what the side effects are .. I plan on only taking a cycle to drop some weight and get results and some motivation to help lose the rest
 
Have you heard of the side effects of clen? I've used it many times and will continue to use it, but you have to be very careful. As for now, I wouldn't worry about clen and any other "magic pills" if I were you. I'd continue to follow a good diet (spend most of my time in the diet forum of ology), propose your diet, have others critiques it, etc. Next, I'd get on a workout program such as p90x. That will do it. I use p90x to cut before my cycles. You can also do interval training if you arent ready for p90x just yet. Good luck!

I havent tried this but I hear good things about keto diet. The negative about it is, you probably don't want to be on that kind of diet for too long as you are consuming far less carbs than normal.

Clen sucks. Save your money and just hit a good diet and some cardio. If for some reason, you are dead set on taking something, I would take T3 over clen any day. I just hate clen and how I felt on it and how my blood pressure sky rockets on the shit for minimal results. Again, you have a better shot of losing more weight with T3 for 4-6 weeks. Personally, I think you should just crank up the cardio and fine tune the diet a little better. Just my 2 cents.
 
A strong diet will help the most. Honestly if you spread your meals out during the day, you might be less hungry than you would think. Even if you are eating less. You eat more frequently, so it's always something to look forward to!
 
Cool thanks guys .. I've been increasing my cardio and diet .. The issue I think is me .. I want to join the military and I'd like to do it as fast as possible .. Would I be doing that much harm if I kept my diet and did cardio like I am and used Clen or t3 just to speed this process up

Just get your diet squared away, or maybe find a nutritionist to help.

Hey, my first advice to him was diet and cardio. However, if he is dead set on doing it, I recommend T3. The guys who say T3 is super catabolic are usually full of shit or have never run it. I have been on T3 year round for the last 5 years. Haven't noticed any muscle loss whatsoever. Clen is not strong enough in my opinion to block muscle loss if I honestly even believe there is any. So yeah, I would add some testosterone, but being that he is not going to take testosterone, T3 only would not kill him. Naturally I like the synergy between T3 and testosterone because test can lower thyroid output so it makes sense to me. Again, it also depends on the dose. Anyone going over 100mcg per day of T3 might notice some muscle loss but he would be able to skate by at 50-75mcg per day and see nice results. That is if he has other things in check like diet and training. T3 is one of the drugs that everyone hypes as dangerous and that couldn't be further from the truth. I will agree and say that he would need to do his research and make sure he understands how to ramp up, etc and not exceed a certain dose like 100mcg per day, but I think he would honestly be fine.

Hi, just read a post wrote by you talking about t3.

I need a little advice.

Am female, 24years old. I used to weigh 8stone until I had my first child 4years ago. I now weigh 10.4 stone and in those 4 years iv tried everything to loose the weight. My partner is about to start building up and came across this t3 and read its a good fat burner. Seen as though you take it yourself maybe you could help me, I dont want to get big or put myself at harm by messing around with pills that i dont know much about as iv read on this forum you must take with other pills and come off them slowly, are they ok for women to use purely for weight loss purposes? I just want to loose the fat thats all
