What's in a name?
Just starting my first proper full cycle. Am 5'11, 190 lbs and have been lifting for almost four years in a serious fashion. I have my splits down, have an enforced two days off and have a pretty good handle on nutrition. Even after tweaking, overhauling and researching the arse out of my workouts I have been plateauing for quite a while and finally decided to work through a full stack cycle.
I began with injectables of sus and dec 4 weeks ago (twice weekly at 500 and 400 respectively) and then last week began dianabol (capsule form from biomed) 10mg three times a day. I have not really tweaked the diet as I am already taking on upto 400 grams of protein a day (alongsiide flax, nuts, omega, etc!).
No gains detected yet, but this I am hoping is the telltale week -either, I am on the right tracks, my traditional stack is rubbish or my supply is 'well dodgy!!!'.
I am not anticipating miracles but a kick in the right direction and some degree of substantive improvement would be great!
