Training and Diet info for a serious rookie

Hi, I am new in this site and I have been reading and getting lots of useful information. I finally have some time to work on myself and start the gym tomorrow.
I was thinking seriously about doing my first cycle ever, but after reading what most of you posted, I have changed my mind and decided to hit the gym and try it out naturally first and then decide after if I´ll do a cycle.

I am an active guy, and not a stranger to excersises.. however I have kept the same weight for quite a long time no matter what I do.
I am 29 years old, 83.5kg (184lb), 1.79m (5´ 9") and I´d say that I have a slow metabolism.

I have been training MMA for a bit and I can say that overall strenght is not a problem at all. I can easily take on guys that are "bigger" than me, but is the nice aesthetic look that I am looking for. I know that strengh is not about the biggest muscles, but they look good for sure.

One of my main concerns is overtraining and eating accordingly to my needs. I do BJJ and submission wresling at least 3 times a week for about 2 hours each time. That is a great stress on my back mostly and sweat like a maniac during training. Training is always at night (7-9pm)
I would do weights in the morning and was thinking about 4 times a week.

My goal is to develop my back and get rid of my belly and love handles :( lol
That´s why I am willing to do anything to achieve that goal.

I have been reasearching and I have bought a few things that will help..
* Got whey protein isolate 27grP/0.5grF/1grS per scoop
* I have Clembuterol that I haven´t start using yet, but for what I´ve read and researched is works great if cycled properly. What do you think?? could it be a good choice to shed extra punds while working out??
* Beside a B complex supplement, I am taking Magnesium and Zinc before going to bed.

Can anyone give me some tips or tell me if maybe is too much aerobic excersise to grow like I want. I would like to stay around 87kg (191lb) after I get rid of the fat and replace it with muscle. I usually cut down around 2 kg to make weight for the submission tourneys, is this a no no ???

thx

First off let me commend you on seeing it was not a good idea to cycle now, without needing twenty people you the same thing over and over! With that said I think you should see some changes as soon as you start hitting the gym and putting in the time. I would recommend keeping it very simple and working you training around you martial arts. If trying to add as much size as possible is your only goal then yes it would be best to do nothing but lift, no cardio, no unnecessary workouts. With that said, I personally would not stop my martial arts just to add a few extra pounds. It shouldn't make that much difference if you train/eat/rest properly, just remember that you will need more calories then someone with your stats that does nothing extra. Besides whats the point in being big if you cant use it to throw people around :), keep the bjj/submissions!

Do not touch the clen yet or anything else for that matter. Right now you should do nothing more then train, eat lots of good whole food, and at most add some protein when needed(only when needed)!

Diet;
you want to stick to whole (non-processed) foods, plenty of lean protein and veggies for the most part. Carbs, you only want to take in complex carbs and you want to time them around your workouts for best results. I would recommend getting my carbs post-workout(lifting) and the following two meals. Other then that, only if needed for energy to do your bjj training. Try and eat protein/veggies for all meals other then those timed carb meals. Also make sure that your fat & carbs come at different meals, meaning you either eat pro/carb meal or pro/fat meal( you can eat veggies during pro/fat meals). Drink plenty water, use some EFA's to supplement some good fats, other then that your only other fat should come from whole foods. Lets see.....I think that should be a good start, you can search my post for added info and if I think of anything else I will add in.

Training;
Post you current training, mainly what days you do the bjj. That way it will be easier to help with a split without running into over training.

Hope this helps!
