Ology,

First and foremost, stats:

27 YO in a few months
213 lb
5'11
have been around 21% bf my whole life.
I have done MMA for the past 8 years and have been lifting for 12 year.
First cycle will be 15 weeks Test E. 500MG a week.
I am not interested in being the biggest or strongest. Im addicted to the way working out makes me feel. Especially MMA. Now on to the question...

I am a manager of a restaurant, This means long hours. As of the last 7 months I work 7 days a week which totals 72 hours a week. I never once sit during these 72 hours a week. That being said, I was curious on cardio. I am not looking for my first cycle to be a super huge bulking cycle. As I have said before, I just love to train and feel good. Besides my slight high BF% I am very happy with the level of strength and endurance I have after the last 12 years. I should be a LOT bigger and have less BF after 12 years but again, I trained with one goal for the last 12 years. Have fun and feel good. I have achieved this.

This all being said, I definitely do not want to gain a bunch of fat on my first cycle. This brings me to the topic of cardio while on cycle. Am I going to need any other cardio in the gym outside of what I get for work?

I love to run so ideally I would like to weight train 5 days a week and do some light road work twice a week. By light I mean max 3 miles per session. Do I need more cardio than 2 days of running and 72 hours on my feet per week?

Again, for my first cycle, I would be extremely happy with keeping 5lb of solid muscle mass and dropping a little fit. This first cycle is really to get me feeling a little better with my 7 day work week. I have had 1 day off since new years day this year. I think it is time to add a little test to my training to pick me up...

Any other random thoughts you can throw at me would be appreciated. Just looking to bounce some thoughts off someone. Thanks guys.

Honestly man you need to try and lower your bf before you start. You risk more estrogen sides with higher bf. Also you don't need aas everything you want can easily be attainable in a couple of months with hard work put in the gym.
