Is anyone on the road constantly, traveling for a job, etc... Has anyone been successful at training and cycling while traveling... say 2 to 4 days a week, twice a month?
I am on the road 5 - 10 working days a month. I'm home on the weekends and some full weeks out of the month. No international traveling, but a lot of flying.
Most of the time, the hotels I stay in have "fitness rooms", but they only have treadmills and a few dumbbells... no real equipment for heavy lifting. Occasionally, I can pay a guest fee a local gym, if I can find one close by. Eating clean is hard to do because I rarely have access to a kitchen. Dining out is the only option most of the time.
Anyone else in this predicament?... Am I SOL?
Any advice is appreciated. I'm thinking about running a cycle of test e @ 400mg w/ nolva post cycle therapy (pct). I would like to inject every 4 days, but I know the only definitive time for injecting will be once a week, on a Sat or Sun.
Any recommendations? Thanks
