Hey everyone, I'm about to start my first cycle soon and I want to make sure you I have everything right, my question is , is the ''shortcut to shred'' workout guide on bodybuilding.com a good workout ? or are there even better ones?
heres the link, bodybuilding.com/fun/jim-stoppani-six-week-shortcut-to-shred.html

Quick word of advice...
Don't cycle yet and you don't get shredded in the gym. That happens in the kitchen...

Look up Starting Strength by Mark Rippetoe. Get the book as well read up on form for all the lifts and follow the program to a T and eat a caloric surplus of at least 500-700calories to bulk and gain strength/mass.

Your goals are all over the place which is setting yourself up for failure. Pick 1 goal and work towards it, when you get it set another. I suggest you bulk at the moment, purely based on your comments.
