I´m interseted in knowing how harder you train (regarding volume and intensity) while on than while off.
I know my sweet spot when off, as this has been my state up till now
For example, for chest I use ten sets, and anything more is counterproductive for me, and I may go to failure on the last set of the three different exercises.
So, now that I am on, how harder should I train, if at all... any more changes you think should be made?
