okay this is my situation i have stopped training upper body due to tendonitis in the elbows , will only resume upper body once fully heeled approx 3 months
so im only focusing on legs now question is as im not training upper body would it be alright to train legs 3 times a week eg
1 day quads & calves , 1 day hams , 1 day isolation quads/hams and calves or is that gonna be overtraining im off cycle and still trying to stick with 5000cals/day , i have a natural tendancy to recover pretty quick
