training like a bodybuilder or a free runner

hi peeps just had the shittest training sess on chest ever.

my cousin is one of these free runner nuts, who has been training for 4 years. he has a good muscle development but only weighs 9 1/2 stones.

i followed his training programe and found it to be shit he concentrates more on range of montion, rather than muscle development. he used alot of cheats, for instants tri push down, instead of straight back and push down, he would start from the top and pushed down, but as he was coming down he would lean over the bar and use his body weight.

my question to you peeps is what is more effective training like a bodybuilder or a free runner?
