training on juice

what kind of routines are commonly used during cycle for most possible gains? i have read competitors train full time
 
On or off I still only train 4 times a week, each body part once, "on" I tend to do more sets
 
Need size you look great what are your stats?
I am training 4x a week with 1 body part once ,
What are you using?
How much cardio are you doing?
 
it depends what your goals are, weather powerlifting or bodybuilding, but my workouts don't vary much from being on or off.
