So I read couple of articles and what i hear basically is "turn down the volume of your training" or whatever other phrases. so translating this into a workout, does it mean ?
1. less exercises per body part ?
2. less sets per exercise ?
3. less reps per set ?
4. more rest between sets ?
5. less weights ?
6. less training days/ week ?
