traps

BLOATED!!!!!!!
i have naturally huge traps...so big that they in fact make my delts look smaller....i never ever work them out...do they get hit for other movements enough?

i dont do shrugs, and still get trap development from deadlifts and upright rows. I will get more sore from this than actually doing direct trap work

bro no offense im not flaming you...but if thats you in your pic your traps are not to big

traps are involved in lots of things..rows, deads, benching
i would keep growing them jsut cause i think big traps are cool

Women like big traps, so don't worry about those. What I would worry about is your lagging delts, since you think your traps are overpowering them. Maybe you should reevaluate what you are doing for shoulders.

nothing wrong with having huge traps. i wish i had that problem. take advantage of it, make them even bigger.
