Tren ace estrogen question

So I am a little confused. I think I understand that trenbolone does not convert to estrogen so you will need testosterone or something like it to go along with the tren. I would use test cyp. My question is I read where Gyno can be a problem with tren and you should use something for it.
I must be missing some science or read bad info.
Could someone please educate?

19-nors do not cause gynecomastia, but can cause you to lactate if you have uncontrolled estradiol - allowing prolactin to rise rapidly. While prolactin CAN rise on its own, controlling E2 should be priority number one.

Yes it is in your best interests to run a test base with any cycle as there simply is no replacement for testosterone - which the male body requires for proper function. Pick up prami/caber/bromo and at least have that on hand.

Pushing rope with that special lady in your life is no bueno because prolactin is cock blocking you. (literally) Dopamine agonists help with this.

The possible sides from tren will be prolactin. An AI will not do much. Dostinex is what you would use. And yes do use test along with it. It will crush your e2 if you don't.

When i took Tren it caused me to lactate. It was a very minuscule amount....but still, wasn't a fan. i took Prami and it fixed it for me. Prami also doesn't bring your sex drive down. I went of the gear and took prami to get rid of the lactation and boner wise, i felt like i was still on the gear because of it. It also causes you to become very sleepy after taking it, at least it did for me. So take it before bed.
