You should know by now how sensitive you are to test, so you should know the arimidex dosage. You can always amp up if needed, so keep extra on hand. It's always a good idea to have caber on hand before you start. You never know, you could be super sensitive to prolactin. Even if e2 levels are in check, you can still get prolactin sides if you are prone.
I live in NZ too bro. My advice is to not take advice from roiders at gym, stick to what these guys tell you. I've met a lot of guys (this seems to be a trend in AUS/NZ) that don't know what they're talking about and recommend all kinds of cycles to people as young as 16! Don't be a sheep, make your own educated decisions. Everyone here seems to want to use tren.
With that said, don't up the dose week 2. Stick to one dose all through the cycle. If you feel you need more, there is always the next cycle. Your doses seem fine to just test the waters with tren. It can be a really harsh compound, you don't want to mess around with your blood levels. Also I found on a low dose I didn't get any sides apart from shit cardio. Trust me, you don't want the mental sides. I've heard of big guys who can't handle it and drop it after week 2.
