I'm 22 years old, almost 23 (by time I start the cycle I will be) and have been weight lifting since I was 18.
I am 6'2, 194 and 13-14% body fat. I gained a bit of fat over the last few months but I have been a keto style diet and cycle my carbs and have got my weight back under control and will continue this style of diet for the next several months as I have had good results (loss of body fat and making lean gains).
My first cycle was 10 weeks of test Sustanon (sust) 250 only and I gained about 15lbs and kept about 6-8 of it.
My second cycle in the beginning of 2012, I ran 10 weeks of Sustanon (sust) 250 and mast. And I as able to a gain a lean 8 or so and kept almost all of it.
I ran post cycle therapy (pct) for both cycles of nolvadex and adex
In my next cycle after some more hardcore dieting and training, I would like to bring my BF below 10% while still making leans gains and maintaining or even gaining strength.
I haven't crunched any numbers for my next cycle as I want to see everyone's opinion on the prop/tren ace combo and if you think I am suited for it.
I've read a lot of people run Tren higher than Test, anyone have first hand experience? Maybe add Winstrol (winny)?
