I am 5 10, 218 lbs atm.
15% bf bf was before cycle. when i started cycle i weighed 220, dropped to 208 in 3 to 4 weeks on cycle now back up at 218 in week 6. Look pretty damn lean too so i must of shedded fat then gained some muscle. lookin good for me, also i catch people mirin' Anyways as of right now I feel just tired, lethargic and when i hit the gym its not like how it was the first 4 to 5 weeks on cycle.
Diet, in the beginning of cylce all i ate was brown rice, grilled chicken grilled salmon and flounder, and steak and greens every friday. it was a high protein low carb diet, very hardcore i must say. to my standards. Im not a lean shredded guy more just beefy and big but proportional. felt great when eating so lean.
As i introduced tren, it seems I first had to force feed myself cus my appetite went down (smoked alot more herb to help), second I been eating now like steak and beans on a regular basis instead of chicken and cauliflower or fish and rice. Also eating lots of bullritoes with tren. I thought ok eat more carbs for better work outs... seems it is not helping-still losing fat tho...
my fourth cycle. Started test prop March 9th introduced tren ace april 4th
I started a cycle of test prop 150mg eod. for 3.5 weeks
wanted to use tren from day one with test prop but waited until i had recieved Hcg, caber, letro, and stane. 4 weeks in i recieved th rest of my order so started with tren ace. here is how it is going
week 1-3.5 test prop eod 150mg (with milk thistle and vitamins fish oil etc... and still eating all my vitamins today)
week 3.5-4 test prop 35mg ed tren ace 75mg ed (along with tren i started to take Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) 2xa week 800ius total, letro 2x a week .5mg each dose so 1mg a week, caber 2x a week 500 mcg total of 1000mcg a week, and of course Stane eod 12.5 for third week then did 6mg eod since joints were aching very bad...
week 4-6 bumped up tren and prop a lil test prop 50mg ed tren ace 100mg ed (same Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) 800ius a week, same letro 1mg a week, same caber 1000mg a week, now in week six i run stane at 6mg e3d cus my joints still dry and killin me)
Also april 16th thru april 21st i blasted letro .5mg a day, cus i thought i was having gyno... now I think it was all in my head
It is the 23rd now and i took off from the gym the 19th 20th (Always take off friday and saturday twice a month since that is when i get my kids divorced BULLSHIT anyway spend all my time with my kids when i have em) 21st of april that sunday still felt blah and shitty and i said fuck it i think my body needs rest. When i went back on the 22nd to hit chest, it didnt feel soar, but when i hit chest just a warm up 50lb dumbell chest press i felt my deep muscles or tendon tell me o hell no not today. So i went and did an ok back workout.
Now upon further inspection on my cycle history i have concluded me blasting letro for the 6 day period prolly still has my estrogen pretty damn low. the weird thing is normally on tren if i dont work out every day i GO CRAZY as Hell... Anxiety and shit like im stuck in abox. Now i just feel eh, like shit.
And with my stane should i try 2mg ed instead of 6mg e3d (killer on my joints)? since the half life of stane is 8 hrs and maybe the two days in between may be fluctuating estrogen.
i know get bloodwork and see. I just cant afford it... ( iknow spend uber money on cycle and post cycle therapy (pct) shit but cant spend a bill on bloodwork... I have no medical insurance)
