Tren E & Test E cycle

Stats:
26 years old
6'1" - 267 lbs.
15-16% bf
Been training since I was 18

Previous cycles: I have run 4 previous cycles: Test E only, Test P and Tren Ace, Test E/Dbol/Deca, and Test E and Deca.

Currently c***sing on 100mg of test E per week.

Thinking of blasting with 12 weeks of Test E/Tren E.

Week 1-12: Test E @ 500mg/week
Week 1-12: Tren E @ 600mg/week

Will run .25 caber EOD and have adex on hand if estrogen levels rise (Doubt they will I handle it pretty well).

Goal from this cycle is to bulk up while slowly losing body fat. I'd love to land at 275-280 with 12% bf before I jump back on my c***se.

Diet is on point starting Monday of this week. 5000 cals all coming from chicken, veggies, rice, potatoes, lean beef, whey protein, oats, and peanut butter/nuts. 6 meals per day every 3 hours.

Thoughts? Suggestions?
 
yes half is the reccomended dosage anyway. hope op takes it to heart

Ran tren twice, both times at 300mg and it was b-e-a-utiful; only side really was night sweats. 600mg would put me on america's most wanted list.

True that sir. 600mg of tren E for 12 weeks would put me on the 5 oclock news and not in a good way.
Cut that in half and op should be good to go with a lowered dosage of test as well. an ai should surely be used as well instead of waiting for sides to show. best to keep sides at bay.
What about bloodworks?
 
This is the 1st time with Tren Enanthate, correct.
You have run Tren Acetate previously ~ what Dose were you running then.

You are a Big Guy @ 267 Lbs., so you might be OK @ 600 Mg of Tren E.
But if I were you, I would consider lowering it down to 400 Mg a Week.
Less Sides, and if after 4 to 5 Weeks, the Side aren't Too Bad.
You could always jump it up to 600 Mg.

I've Personally always found that with the Long Ester Tren.
I like my Test a bit higher.
With the Shorter Ester Tren, I like the Tren higher........................... JP
P.S.
Tren Enanthate has more Side Effects due to the Longer Half-Life, it takes Longer to Clear your System.
So if you were doing a Higher Dose of Tren Acetate, it doesn't equate to the Enanthate, as it clears much quicker.
Due to it's Very Short Half-Life ~ 3 Days compared to Enanthate @ 10.5 Days.

Thanks for the advice! I have decided to start at 400 tren E for 5 weeks and up by 50mg per week if sides are manageable.

I am certain of my bodyfat and had bloodwork after my last cycle - eveything came back good.

I am a pretty big guy and I always get asked if I am a bodybuilder so im just trying to lean out a bit and keep my current muscle mass - at the very least.

My tren ace test p cycle I ran test p at 500mg and tren ace at 400 for 8 weeks. Only side I had was tren cough. I did get an increase in aggression but that was mainly in the gym - not at home.

Any other feedback would be great and I am going to start Sunday. I will check in periodically and update you guys.

On my fourth week and feeling good. No aggression or bad signs other than the fact that I get aggitated with people babysitting various machines and squar racks. Hurry the fuck up! Have a little trouble sleeping but im gonna bump the tren up to 700 mg now. Loke I said, I am feeling fine. My weight has stayed the same but ive lost some fat. Not expecting much in regards to physical changes until week 6 and on.

I've got something for the Trensomnia.

Raw Honey and Warm Filtered or Spring Water before bed to Replenish Liver Glycogen Levels.

When Liver Glycogen Levels get low, as they do on Tren.
It causes a Stress Response in the Brain that wakes you up.
1 to 2 Tablespoons of Raw Honey before bed, or if you wake ~ has to be Raw Honey, regular won't work.
Replenishes Liver Glycogen Levels, and will allow you to sleep.

Raw Honey contributes to a release of Melatonin in the Brain, as it leads to a Slight Spike in Insulin, and the release of Tryptophan.
Tryptophan leads to Serotonin, which is made into Melatonin in the Dark........................... JP
P.S.
The Average Adult Liver has only around 75 to 100 Grams of Storage Space for Glycogen (varies between Men and Women).
The Body consumes around 10 Grams per hour during the day, leaving Stores quite low by the time we go to sleep.
