tren: is the coffe filter necesary?

this has probably been beat to death but this is my first conversion. is the coffe filter really needed after the oil is added to the pellets/solvent mixture, or can i pull it right up with a syringe and filter through the .45 filter?

if you want to get the last bit of hormone in the pellets and oil what is left after you pull it up with tyhe syringe

The coffee filter method is simply used to prefilter some of the gunk and let the tren/oil solution drain before doing your final filtering. No its not necessary, some people let it sit and just draw the clear solution off the gunk with a syringe and filter.

i would use it it catches a lot of gunk for you...it wont hurt nothing thats for sure

its a waste of time. plus the filter soaks up a bunch of solution.

let it sit on "low" heat for 30 minutes and it will seperate out. the filler will become hard in the bottom and you can draw the gold right off for filtering. plus the warm solution filters much quicker.
