tren, sust, and prop

I'm 23, about 195, and 5'8", I got a stocky build,not fat, just been dabbling with over the counter supplements for the most part, took the Winstrol (winny) pills spring into summer... now just looking to put on some size, i already got the gear just want some suggestions/ advice.
 
Ok well since u have no cycle history this will be your first and best. Unfortunatly u bought before u asked. What u have is useless.

You will only want the Sustanon (sust). And prolly 3 more bottles or so. Do some research man. Prop is ok but not recommended for a first cycle and tren is a definate no no.

I suggest u use the search button and research first cycles, ai's, serms, pct, gyno, and there is tons more to learn before u go jabbing some oil in your ass
 
tren just isn't proper for a first cycle, you won't be ready for it...and you'll find that out. BUT, some choose to learn the hard way, and had you researched before buying you'd know that. but since you've got it, get ready to get blown out of the water if you can handle it, especially on a first cycle.
 
Please...save the prop and tren for down the road.

Take the Sustanon (sust) only. 250mg per week is fine for a first cycle. You will probably put on 20-25lbs.

If you can grab another 10cc bottle, take 500mg

Tren is some crazy stuff and isnt needed for a long time

I'll do some research and def put the tren and prop on the back burner until i'm ready for it. i was given the gear from a friend who stopped b/c of a chick so i wasn't gonna refuse free shit lol.

As for the Sustanon (sust), I can grab another one..and will.. is there something else i should get that would be appropriate for me to stack with it as a first timer?

I was told I should blast the Sustanon (sust) EOD, any objections to that?

The Sustanon (sust) and prop is "uncle z-line"
the tren is "uni-vet, uni-tren 100" which i see have mixed opinions.. anyone care to elaborate?
 
Stick to test for first cycle. No need to stack. Sust has short esters and will kick in faster than enth or cyp. Eod would be excellent for sust

Nitrix, axis h-t, NO Explode
milk thistle, and multi-vitamins and a few probolic shakes : daily (this is what i've been doing regularly already)

Workout 6 days/week, no sugar and high protein diet, lots of water..

sound good for me or what?

any preferred suggestions for post? nolva, clomid, etc?

Sustanon contains Test prop. stabil blood values require EOD shots. MWF would be injudicious and counterproductive.

Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, Manday, Wednesday, Friday. Then start from the beginning.

Sust also contains long esters which would make 6 weeks to short of a cycle. Run it at least 12 weeks.

1-12 Sust 125mg EOD
1-12 Aromasin 12.5mg ED
14-18 Clomid 100/50/50/25.

Despite a consensus against the utilization of prop I think it would be fine for a first cycle. If you want a shorter 8 week cycle.

1-8 Test prop 100mg EOD
1-8 Aromasin 12.5mg ED
3 days after last pin commence 4 week clomid post cycle therapy (pct) 100/50/50/25.

400g of protein ED (no more then 50g from shakes)
600g Low GI Carbs, Medium high acceptable prior to workout.
