Trenbolone sleeping problems, need help...

Hey

I am using 350 mg sust, and 200 mg tren/wk. and from only a few days into the cycle i had sleeping issues.
At first i woke up alot at night, but fell asleep again. But now 2-3 weeks into the cycle i fell asleep after like 30-90 min, but after that i wake up after 3-5 hours and i cant fell asleep again no matter what i do.
So i am doing the most intense training period of my life with 3-5 hours of sleep/night...

What can be done? and do you guys think this is only a phase in my cucle, which will go away?
Cause right now i am feeling really bad all day long, the only exception is when i am at the gym...

I'm three days into my second cycle with tren. I had big problems with sleep the first cycle, and I'm a person who's had sleep issues my whole life. At first I tried taking Benydryl, which helped with the sleep, but left me extremely lethargic the following day. I soon switched to melatonin, and it's worked great for me. Been taking it ever since.
 
I'm in the same boat. This is my first cycle with tren and I've always had sleep issues my life as well and I can't sleep worth shit. I'm only two days in at a low dosage the first week :/
 
Thanks guys :) sadly i am living in a country i cant buy any of this stuff without a prescription.
But i ordered melatonin online, and probably it wont be stopped in the border.

i could try getting some unisom aswell. Do you guys have any more things i can do?
* A warm glass of milk, and some warm tee seems to help, a date with my right hand helps.!
 
Careful with the tee. Most of them contain caffeine so make sure you're not doing worse.

I have the same problems from tren (200mg/wk) and i also sweat a lot during sleep. Sometime i wake up at night to change my shirt. It's that bad. Sometimes Ketotifen works but still not strong enough. I might try Melatonin also to see what's what.
 
some people report less sides when running tren higher than test if nothing else wroks try adjusting your dosages
 
I don't see why you guys take that shit if you have bad sides from it. I've never touched tren and never will. Not worth it IMO
 
the positives far outweigh the negatives imo. comparing it to feeling God-like is the best way to describe it and its not even an exageration
 
Start using some NATURAL supplements to help you sleep. Are you using large amounts of caffeine or a STRONG pre workout supplement? This can aggravate the symptom "insomnia" that can occur when using trenbolone.

Hey as far as supplement goes.

I am training weighs in the morning. 12-14 hours before i go to bed.
As far as supplement goes i am using
- Animal m stak
- bbca, and amino acids / capsules )
- creatin ( big dosage )
- And a preworkout called i am fucked. Its as strong as the old jack3d i think.
- animal pak twice a day
- magnesium, calciusm, c vits, multi vits, omega 3,6 and 9 and zma.

As far as caffein goes, i dont drink cofee, or dont use anything else containing caffein!
I could try cut the Preworkout, i suspect its quite strong, and may be the reason, in combination with tren, and Sustanon (sust) that i am having sleeping issues.
 
The only reason I haven't been running tren lately is cause I don't wanna deal with the implications it has on my relationship..That shit makes my strength shoot through the roof and gives me a real nice composition which is awesome, but no matter how much test I run with it my dick doesn't work right..The last time I ran it I was single and I swear chicks must sense the androgens pumping through you cause it was very easy for me to get laid, but what good is all that when your dick only works half the time?! Everything has pros and cons I guess...but as far as sleep goes, yeah 5-10mg's of melatonin always does the trick for me.

Each serving is 10 g, and box is 226 g. maybe the old jack3d was slightely stronger. But its alot stronger than craze for sure:P

ive had that dick problem to, while i am using tren...
I feel really horny in my head, and it tells me to start wanking. but when i start wanking nothing really happens...

I just ordered melatonin on internet. LEts just pray they dont stop it in the border, and gives me 1000 dollars fine:P
