Tribulis Testeris

Hey all, what's the deal with Tribulis Testeris? What is it? is it a steroid? are there any sides when taking? Sorry for the dumb questions. I was looking at buying Biotests "Tribex". I'm currently taking ZMA as a "natural" testoterone support supplement. should I switch to TRibex? Thanks in advance!

Don't bother with any of them.

If you have normal test levels they won't do anything for you. There is no evidence linking their (either ZMA or trib) use to an increase in LBM. Sure in some crazy study they may have increased T by 2% or something but that doesn't make any difference in the real world.
