Tricep routine

Ey guys i've been going through some badass shoulder tendonitis but its clearing up.. throughout this whole shitstorm my tricep mass has seem to have gone away completely in the past few months. I know my usual once a week routine works but now their my weak-point so I'd like to do them twice a week.... what would be a really good mass workout for them that i could do on a monday then again on thurs or friday without overtraining. if any of you guys are tricep experts help a brotha out , im all bi's no tri's and it feels like shit.. im one of "those" guys now :chainsaw:
 
leave off the fancy isolation work for tricep mass. close grip bench and reverse grip bench will add mass asap.
 
Tricep Death

french bar super set, no rest. Barx10, add 10 pounds per side per set until you fail and then go back down. All with no rest.

Superset all accessory work.
