Triceps

Hi, i trained my triceps on friday and now sunday and they r still quite sore and i dont think they will have fully recovered by the morning, when i was planning 2 do chest

Flat Bench 5x5
Flys 12,10,8,6
Incline Dumbell Press 12,10,8,6

Should i leave it if they are still sore or wont it make any difference? thanks in advance Neil, starting from next week i will be training chest/triceps same day.
 
I wouldn't w/o chest on Mon. AM bro... JMO....
Skip a week, or leave it til later in the week....
 
Give your body ample time to recuperate, switch up your routine so that all muscle groups get enough rest. Some muscle groups may require more rest than others, the only way to know how this works for you is to keep a training diary and then build a routine based on that.
 
hold off till pain goes away... anyhoo for further reference always train your weakest muscle groups first in the week, atleast thats what i do it works nicely your body will be fully recuperated and youll get that part stronger quicker. for example i do shoulders on monday, and in another couple weeks it'll problem end up being arms or chest depending on my results..try it out yourself train the weakest first, cuz A - you get it out of the way quicker and B - it varies your routine from getting to repetitive btw tomorrow is mon i F@#King hate shoulders
