Hi, I'm new to the board. I'm a 37yr old female with 2 children, 4 and 3. I have always had a very difficult time losing weight. I have tried everything in terms of diet. I have done weight watchers, Zone Diets (food delivered, portioned to house daily), I have done apex and am currently working with a nutritionits (RD). My results are always slim at best and often non-existant.
I workout hard, have used personal trainers, take pilates and often hear people in the gym talk about how hard I push myself.
WELL, I'VE HAD IT! I want to see the results I have been working so hard for!
I understand the various potential consequences of drug use and am willing to accept them. I am currently confused on which options will be best.

I'm considering the following compounds:
Anavar (10mg per day)
Clen or Meridia
And I'm still strongly considering t3/clen combo.

My stats:
37yrs old
5'4"
155 lbs
~30%bf

Goal:
135lbs
20%bf

Current Diet:
Breakfast-Meal replacement bar or 1pc toast w peanut butter (about 200 cals)

Snack- snack bar and apple

Lunch- Turkey sandwich, 100 cal bag of chips

Snack- 100 cal popcorn, pc of fruit

Dinner- chicken breast, rice and vegetable

Snack- yogurt or weight watchers ice cream

Looking for suggestions. Thanks for your help!

Welcome ! :)

I could understand your frustration, When your tying to loose weight & nothing seems to work... from looking at your diet I would not have the snack before bed (yogurt, or weight watchers ice cream), you can instead have some cottage cheese, it contains cassein protein, this is the kind of protein you want to be eating before bed.
& IMO is one of the most filling foods you can find.

You should be eating a high protein, low carb diet, Forget about Weight Watchers or diets that sell you prepared foods, Most of these foods are high in sodium/sugar, you can eat clean whole foods, and you can save a lot of money this way too.

Start logging in everything you eat, so you can really see the number of cal/pro/fat/carbs your eating daily... a good site to do this is (fitday.com)
you can also check out our diet forum, 3J offers free diet advise & has helped many people. here's the link http://www.steroidology.com/forum/diet-forum/153271-free-diet-advice-3j.html

Loosing weight is mostly diet/ training, and don't forget your BFF H2O, It's essential that you drink eneough water, I drink at least 1 gallon, but most days I drink 1 1/2.

As far as taking anavar or anything else, you have to rememeber AAS are not fat burners.

What meds are you on ? Have you checked if maybe you have a thryoid/hormonal problem ?

Your not too far off from your goal, It is totally doable. ;)

Hope you reach your goals ! Good Luck !

Start eating clean, and you'll see the results.

No any kind of pre-processed foods, ever. Aned while losing weight: no grains or fruit. Only vegetables. No potatos. Tons of green leaves, cabbage, chard, etc--raw only. Whey protein and egg whites.

Bread, toast: bad carbs
Peanut butter: not while losing weight, and must be organic and raw anyway.
Chips, popcorn: loaded with crap
Rice: not while losing, weight, and must be brown or wild and organic anyway
Ice cream: no
Yogurt: not while losing weight, too much sugar including lactose
Too much meat in your diet

Hungry? Eat big green salad (No any kind of dressings from the store, only own made dressing), it'll fill your stomach up, Hungry again? Mix whey protein with water (no juices, ever) and drink. Hungry again later? Eat an organic apple. Always stay a little hungry: it's healthy and normal.

Pilates? This has nothing to do with losing weight. You are not mentioning how much cardio and if you're lifting, that's what you should be doing.
