TRT Advice and Bloodwork Decipher

Over the last 6 months have consistently felt really tired and even with eating right (not always) and exercise (never enough) I have started putting on weight like never before. I finally went out and got some blood work done ... Test was 381 ... 43 Year Old Male 5'11 220 ... Seems to be on the very low side of normal and it has been suggested that I go on TRT. However as I am currently unemployed I am going to have to go the cheap route and do it myself ... I have done some research and was considering going with test prop 50mg EOD and HCG ... I have AI (exemestane) on hand and will get blood tests every month to monitor E2 and Test levels and attempt to dial it in myself. A few ?'s .. Should I be doing this now at all? What Test Level should I be going for at my age? 800-1000? Should I use the AI from day 1? Doseage of HCG? Any other advice you can provide would be greatly appreciated!

THANKS!

Agreed, attempt a hCG restart first. You should always try to avoid TRT if you can.

Also you really need to do more reading and understand what your doing to your body before trying to put yourself on self-prescribed protocols. Test prop for TRT sounds like a nightmare lol.
