TRT after 12 week cycle, what to do next?

A few questions.

Just finished 12 week cycle of 500mg Test-E. Prior to that i was put on Testogel as my TRT and am wondering how long after last pin would i begin applying the gel (or im considering moving over to my own self-prescribed Test E injections a my endo wont move me to injections) so how long after would i start TRT dose and would 125mg Test E injection split twice per week suffice?

Secondly, is it possible to begin a cut while transitioning from cycle to TRT? would the exogenous testosterone help to mitigate any negatives from cutting during a PCT?

Also, as i said, endo wont yet prescribe injections, but i am seeing her late February, should i just not take anything and she will see my T is shit on the gels then and possibly change?

You should start the TRT dose immediately after your blast ends. No delay.

If you go to injections, a typical TRT dose of Test E is 100-200mg/wk. Not 250. I recommend getting injections prescribed. Tell your doc you can't risk transferring the gels to your your loved ones and injections were cheaper!

Rather than moving right into a cut, I would give your body time to adjust to its new weight. This will help you maintain your muscle mass. But yes, exogenous test does help mitigate muscle loss while cutting. If you Blast and Cruise you don't have to worry about PCT by the way.

If you choose to do PCT rather than cruising do not start a cut right away. This would suppress your HPTA at the very time you are trying to restart it. But if you already had a doc put you oin TRT for hypogonadism I can't see why you would want to try and PCT.

I personally would not go a whole month without TRT. Skipping a few days of gel should be enough to lower your TT on blood work results. Run a trial though to see what is optimal before trying to game the system. The link in my signature shows you how to get blood work without going through your doc.

Thanks heaps for the reply. Unfortunately, I'm from Australia, things work a little different here. We don't have the option of private labs for blood tests. Everything else is free but we can get it when we want

So start the gels straight after last pin, and then a few days before seeing endo stop gels? Will there still be alot of the 500mg in me though?

Make sure you're giving it 5-6 weeks before seeing the endo. Tron brings up the ultimate reply to refusing injections btw. They cannot, as physicians, knowingly keep you on gels if you express concern over transferring hormones to others.
