He will setup an exercise*routine and*meals for you to help you*reach your goals, which are to lose weight but not muscle. He will alter*the plans as your body changes, since it will be needed. You will LEARN a lot while doing it,*knowledge you*get to keep forever. His prices are low, so check them out.
Your fitness goals are 80% diet, 15% exercise, 5% genetics / gear. You cannot out exercise or out gear a bad diet.
All that said, if you are dead set on using Clen, take it easy and slow. I am on TRT and have used*both Clen and Albut. Nothing about being on TRT prevents you from*using them, after you are dialed in.
