TRT and having children please help!!!!!

Theres nothing u can do about it. I would have it tested while on TRT though along with regular panel estradiol for sure. Just to see where its at.

I've been on TRT for about 6 weeks now and feeling a lot better. I've been stressing to the doctor that I want to have another child in 1 1/2 -2 years and asked him to put me on HCG. He referred me to urologist that told me HCG isn't proven to help keep the testes active. And that I'm crazy for being on TRT at 27 and I should stop immediately. I got a second opinion and he said he understands rust I want to start on it cause I feel so much better but he also said no HCG. Told me to just bank my sperm. I'm to the point not I don't know what to do. Do I get my own HCG. Or Do I stop and feel like shit fir the next few years until I have another child. Please help guide me
if you need hrt you need hrt, at any age. many have kids while on hrt or on cycle. and you could blast soem clomid for a few months to up chances..

you could have and what i would have reced is run a 3-4 month run of clomid as hrt then stopp and go for blood work to see if it is anybetter... if not then start HRT.. IMO

You were on 4500 I.u. a week of HCG ?
Did it stop working for you?

I have been on the HCG for 4 months now, after being on TRT for 6.
As far as i know it is still working. Testosterone levels are still stable. I just had a MRI scan done on the pituitary gland and will be seeing my specialist again next week.
From memory she said she will then get a sperm count done and consider adding FSH to the mix.
I was lead to believe i can stay on HCG for 6 moths, then take a break and return to my TRT Protocol.
On the up side, she has told me not to use Testogel, which is what my regular Doc prescribed me... She wants me on 2 x weekly injections of Test :)

She doesn't sound too bad Dog.
Has she tested Estradiol atleast in these Heavy HCG protocols u are using?

Yes she tests my Estrodiol. All normal.
Its funny, when i told my normal Doc i was going to see her, he advised me against it saying she was very anti TRT.
The doctors over here do not do blood works as much as they should when on TRT, annually, However, from what i have learnt in this forum i take it as my own responsibility to get bloods done every 3 months.

I haven't been able to find a legit source for hcg so I'm honestly thinking of stopping trt until I have another child. Should I do a normal PCT. Also is there anything I should maybe try during my time off. Dhea? Or any ideas?

You haven't looked hard enough then. I'm not going to give any specific site, but a google search of online pharmacies should give you multiple results. You can get solid stuff from India and even Mexico if you really dig deep into some reviews.

I only give that information out because if you really need TRT you shouldn't be thinking of quitting for an indefinite time. Also, have fun trying to have sex multiple times with no libido and potential ED.

Really? Something wrong with the place that I told you about?

I really do need TRT. But I also don't want to give up my chance if having another child and I'm not sure that hcg will guarantee me that. Swilk I was looking for others because the reviews I read weren't very promising.

My plan of dosing the hcg is as follows.
500iu eod until testicles are full size then cut back to 250iu mon/thur. I also ordered arimidex. How much and often should that be taken

Are you still doing 200mg/EOW? If so I'd suggest starting at .5mg the day after your shot and adjust as necessary.

Yes I'm still 200mg eow but that should change in a few weeks after blood work. .5 once after injection? That's one every 2 weeks.

Well your T shot is once every 2 weeks too, right? The idea is to overlap the active period of the AI (a few days) with the peak of your T levels where aromatization is at it's highest. But it's just a guess and perhaps on the low side. Better to start with too little than too much.

When I was on 200mg once per week, .5mg adex was not quite enough.
Now on 100mg twice per week, .25mg adex twice per week seems to do the trick even though the total dosages are the same.

I see what your saying. Will I be able to tell if I need to adjust or will blood work only tell me

You can try to be aware of signs, but of course only blood work will tell you for sure.

For me, I think I can feel when E2 is on the low side in my elbow and shoulder joints, and maybe some difficulty in climaxing.
High E2 manifests itself in acne breakouts on back and shoulders and prostatic irritation.
