TRT and Valium/Klonopin Withdrawal.

I started withdrawing off of Klonopin in 2015 after 30 years (2mg daily) and my T levels were affected immediately, erections suffer right away. Vyvanse helped out a LOT, I remember the first time I felt withdrawal symptoms, my Vyvanse was increased and mental withdrawal symptoms subsided significantly. I wish I had TRT during all the withdrawal as it would have made it much easier, my T levels before withdrawal were perfectly fine.

Benzos screw with a lot of stuff. Liver enzymes, leydig cell sensitivity and elevate p-450 enzymes which includes aromatase. I posted a study showing lowered GH production. Also you can have seizures from withdrawals. I'm on clobazam which is a less potent long acting benzo for epilepsy. If I ever go into withdrawals I could possibly die from non-stop seizures. Doctors recommend I get a med alert bracelet over it. Benzos play with a lot of stuff. The more I researched their effects the less and less I want to take them.

Ever since I started taking Klonopin (15-45yo) I've always had stage 1 hypertension, now that I'm off and T levels restored no more hypertension. I always wonder what kind of permanent damage I've caused to my mind and organs.

These are my supplies I have. Bayer Test E at 250mg per 1ml and Sust 250 1ml. Maybe if I try say half a vial of Enth to begin with so 125mg a week?

These are some more of my supplies, but I don't know if the likes of Dbol, Anap 50's (I have the proper ones!) Winstrol etc etc would help me, or if anything could make me worse?

Hey Buildingpaul, we can help you out with dosing and protocol if you go the self medicated direction. For sure don't touch the dbol, anap, or winstrol until you get your test sorted out and know what you are doing.

This is somewhat related to this topic in that it deals with withdrawal and its effect on TRT.

I was prescibed a high dose of gabapentin in 2015 that caused some nasty side effects so I stopped it cold turkey at my doctor's instructions after two months of use. I went through some real nasty withdrawal effects that lasted a long time.

One of the things that getting off this medicine caused is this; since stopping it cold turkey, HCG no longer works for me. It causes major water retention in my face, chest and stomach. It also does nothing for reducing testicular atrophy or boosting my sex drive.

I had taken HCG for years prior to this with great success. Since this cold turkey, it now no longer works. I've done a lot of research on this and have gone to several doctors, and nobody has an answer.

I know gabapentin is not a benzodiazepine, but it goes to show how sometimes you never know how interactions can screw things up with TRT.

It's an anti epileptic drug/used for epilepsy a lot. Screws with brain function. When I used it it caused me to bust out laughing and be buzzed for a little while after dose increases. It didn't stop my seizures so i dropped it. Its believed to change GABA production and other things but it's actual method of action is "unknown".

Anything given to epileptics disrupts brain function and various chemicals. All suppressing something.

I'm pretty sensative to them but probably 80% of any anti epileptic drug I have taken has lowered erections and libido as well as aggravated my gyno.

Even a drug leveteracitam made me have sore nipples and it isn't even a recognied side effect. I have breast growth proven my mammorgram and intra sound.

Suddenly stopping any anti-epileptic drug can cause epileptic activity. . . . . Some of these docs need to read about the drugs theyvare handing out.
