I got the below readings on my blood panel, parentheses denote reference range...

Hemoglobin 169.0 g/L (129 - 165)
Hematocrit 0.5 L/L. (0.39 - 0.49)
MCV 99fL (80-98)
MCH 33pg (24-34)

Going to see my endo next week.. what will he say? will he take me off?

Those numbers are not bad, however they should have an eye kept on them. One thing I would do, especially before a bloodwork, is to make sure I was properly hydrated.

How are those numbers not bad?
His hematocrit is outside reference value and so is his hemoglobin, so its not likely a dehydration issue?

Its a clear cut case of just, go donate blood?
Those and liver values are pretty much my only concern on cycle.

Those numbers are just barely out of the "normal" range. I did say it is something that must be monitored, but not nothing to get overly worried about. If it continues to rise, then I would be concerned and would probably donate blood. Being properly hydrated does affect blood work. Take a look at this, third paragraph. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK259/

Give blood. End of story. Donate once every two months and you should be fine.....confirm with bloodwork. If those numbers get worse then absolutely.......a responsible doc will lower your prescription. Increase risk of heartache and stroke = protocol changes

Thanks for the link, was a nice read.
But its gonna continue to climb with almost certainty, he's on TRT.

Have you had a chance to donate blood yet and yes your His hematocrit are outside reference value and so is his hemoglobin, so its not likely a dehydration issue.
