Those numbers are not bad, however they should have an eye kept on them. One thing I would do, especially before a bloodwork, is to make sure I was properly hydrated.

His hematocrit is outside reference value and so is his hemoglobin, so its not likely a dehydration issue?
Its a clear cut case of just, go donate blood?

Those numbers are just barely out of the "normal" range. I did say it is something that must be monitored, but not nothing to get overly worried about. If it continues to rise, then I would be concerned and would probably donate blood. Being properly hydrated does affect blood work.
